How it works

Step 1: Come on board

Fill out the application form and wait for our email with your password.

Step 2: Develop your Profile

Once you have access to the platform, create your winery's profile with photos, details about meeting rooms, catering options, and other information that is important to event planners. We review each profile to ensure quality standards. Once we give the green light, your rooms will be visible to corporate event planners browsing the platform.

Step 3: Receive Qualified Inquiries

You will always receive enquiries when an event planner's requirements match your winery profile.

Once you accept our proposed service fee, we will provide you with all of the event planner's contact details. Then it's up to you! You review the requirements, respond with your offer and negotiate the terms directly with the customer. This allows you to retain complete control over pricing and event details.

A note on our market launch strategy

We take a deliberate approach: first, we build up a solid network of high-quality wineries. Then we bring event planners onto the platform. Why? Event planners need concrete options to choose from. Wineries, in turn, deserve qualified enquiries – no ‘maybes’ or ‘possiblys’.

Why? Event planners need real choices. Wineries deserve qualified enquiries, not empty promises.

Our database contains several hundred qualified event planners. We will contact them as soon as a sufficient number of wineries have registered for our service. Our goal is to launch in the second quarter of 2026. AND: Wineries that sign up early and register their profile here will receive all event enquiries for the first three months free of charge from the start of the offer for event planners.

We will launch our service for corporate event managers in the second quarter of 2026. We are currently expanding our network of wineries in order to offer the widest possible range of booking options.

We calculate the value of each booking request individually using an internal formula. Among other things, we take the following factors into account: Is it a professional event planner? Is it a regular company? Does it have a specific budget? How many participants are there, etc.? You will receive the request with sufficient details to decide whether you would like to contact the company. If so, you pay our recommended fee and will immediately receive all contact details. You can then begin negotiations with this potential new customer for your winery.

Yes. Each request is forwarded to several wineries that meet the geographical and logistical requirements (dates, capacity, type of event, region). This ensures that event planners find suitable options and that every suitable winery has the same opportunity to respond. You compete on the basis of your unique premises, your prices, your speed of reply and the quality of your response to the enquiry.

Corporate strategy meetings, team-building retreats, board meetings, executive offsites, client entertainment events, and business celebrations. Typically 10-50 people, weekday bookings, business-appropriate facilities (wifi, presentation equipment, organized service), and higher per-person budgets than casual wine tourism., and higher per-person budgets than casual wine tourism.

Minimum requirements: meeting space for 10 or more people, reliable wifi, catering capability (in-house or external service), and professional service standards. You don't need luxury facilities or conference-center infrastructure - just the ability to host business groups professionally in your wine country setting.

Of course! You negotiate directly with the event planner of the respective company. We establish the contact, you control the prices, availability and conditions. We do not receive any commission for your bookings – only the one-time advance fee.
